Below are some of the charities our team members support through our giving back philosophy.

Konrad and his wife, Stephanie, have seen firsthand through their two children how swimming can have a positive impact on the life of kids by giving them self-esteem and confidence in and out of the water. They donate each year to the USA Swimming Foundation so that all children in America have the opportunity to learn to swim regardless of gender, race, or financial circumstance. The USA Swimming Foundation has provided swim lessons for more than 5 million children nationwide since 2007.

Kylee and Gerry Lourie helped found Valor Christian High School in 2005. They are committed to Valor's tuition assistance program which gives almost $2,000,000 a year to families that cannot afford private tuition.

Axel and his family volunteer as ski instructors at the National Sports Center for the Disabled. The Allgeiers enjoy sharing their passion for the outdoors with disabled youth, and individuals with almost any cognitive, emotional or behavioral diagnosis. NSCD gives the disabled an opportunity to participate in outdoor activities, learn to ski and enjoy the beauty of Colorado.

Over the past 40 years Ed and Carole McVaney have given of their time and treasure to countless organizations. Among their favorites is Mile High Ministries, an organization that engages, equips and empowers Denver's poor.

Joyce gives to Caring Bridge, a nonprofit dedicated to easily facilitating communication between Cancer patients and their families.

Vito and his wife, Jennifer, donate time and give support to Colorado Special Olympics. They feel great about helping the special Olympians experience the excitement of sportsmanship and accomplishment.

Vito and his wife Jennifer have two children with serious allergies and asthma. They have benefited from the doctors and superior care at National Jewish Hospital, one of the country's top respiratory hospitals. They give to support continued research so that others might also benefit.

The Lourie's are also actively involved with CrossPurpose, a company equipping unemployed or underemployed adults to become self-sufficient through job training and personal development.

Ryan cares deeply for those who are less fortunate. Ryan is actively involved as a mentor with Save Our Youth. Ryan also has always had a heart for Africa and supports a child from Ethiopia, Samuel, to pay for school and other essential supplies through Food for the Hungry. Ryan also supports Food for the Hungry by actively volunteering and encouraging others to sponsor.

Kiana is partnered with LightBridge International, a faith-based nonprofit. LightBridge International’s mission is to engage individuals to care for the orphaned and poor by providing support, training, discipleship and development opportunities. Kiana has served multiple times in Cambodia and Thailand at LightBridge’s various sites. Kiana also sponsors a child, Little Tida, in LightBridge’s Blossom Home orphanage.

Emily has been volunteering for the Italian Greyhound Rescue in Colorado for the last 13 years doing home visits, facilitatating adoption events, and helping with emergency transport services.

Lisa donates to SAME Cafe, whose mission is to  create community through healthy food access.  They believe in healthy food, community, and dignity for everyone.

Many of the Nextworld team donate to Goodwill, providing education, career development, and employment opportunities to help Coloradans in need achieve self-sufficiency, dignity, and hope through the Power of Work.

Andrew and his wife sponsor two children through World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization helping children, families, and their communities overcome poverty and injustice.

Taylor donates her time to the Retriever Rescue of Colorado, whose mission is to rescue abandoned, abused, neglected and unwanted retrievers and to promote public education on animal-related issues.

Cole and his wife donate and volunteer with Urban Mosaic. Their mission is to go into urban slums and come alongside the community to build a sustainable development and future growth by partnering with locals within the communities. They have a few parts to their model, one of which is bringing health care to the community, establishing running water for the community to use, and then works with leaders to help get resources from the government. They have many parts, including teaching children how to brush their teeth, wash their hands, and deworming. They also have medical offices set up in these communities to get resources to the community that they don’t have.
