Kylee McVaney is the co-founder and CEO of Nextworld. She was essentially raised on software, landing her first job in the technology industry in 1977 when her father, Ed McVaney, founded J.D. Edwards. Starting out as the “Xerox girl”, Kylee was exposed to all aspects of the ERP product. By the time she graduated high school, she was considered a subject matter expert in both payables and fixed assets.
Kylee went on to earn a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California, became a CPA, enjoyed a brief stint in public accounting, and then returned to J.D. Edwards where she held various technical and management positions.
In addition to her love of technology and software, Kylee is passionate about providing opportunities for the next generation to excel and make a positive impact in the world. In 2005, she helped found Valor Christian High School and served as chairman of the board until 2017. Under her guidance, Valor has achieved national recognition, and has grown from an initial enrollment of 120 students to a current size of about 1,200. She is also the founder of TyL Dressage in Wellington, Florida. TyL Dressage is an internationally recognized center of excellence for Olympic-level equestrians.
Now with the founding of Nextworld, Kylee has returned to her roots and is excited to partner with some of the best technical minds in the industry to revolutionize enterprise software, and cultivate a world-class company culture and happy, profitable customers.

Mark has 20 years' experience in the software industry, spending time early in his career with leading companies like Siebel Systems, Inc. and SAP America Inc. where he honed his sales strategies and learned how to solve complex business problems for dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
Mark brought his wealth of experience to Cloud Inventory in 2009, first joining the team as VP of Sales for North America. He helped shape the company into the industry leader it is today through a variety of different roles including SVP of Sales & Marketing as well as SVP of Global Sales where he notably earned the highest net new sales in company history. Mark was then promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, then Chief Operating Officer, before being named CEO & President in 2018.
Mark now leads the team as President of both Nextworld and Cloud Inventory, creating next-generation business solutions for a combined 3,000+ customers around the globe.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Kansas State University.
When he's not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his loving wife, their family, and traveling the world. Mark is also an avid Kansas City sports fan, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs throughout the year.
Axel Allgeier has over 29 years of experience in the enterprise tools
space. Axel began his career at J.D. Edwards where he was the principal
architect and inventor of J.D. Edwards' Configurable Network Computing
architecture. He then led the J.D. Edwards and PeopleSoft Tools teams
until the acquisition of PeopleSoft by Oracle, where he held various
leadership positions as a Vice President of Engineering. Most recently,
Axel led the creation and launch of a new cloud middleware service for
He has spent a large part of his career building software that abstracts complexity from its end users and believes that the emphasis on simplicity is often lost, especially in the enterprise software space. He holds seven patents and graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Computer Science.
When he is not building and designing great software, Axel enjoys
taking advantage of all the great outdoor activities Colorado has to
offer with his family. He is also hooked on Crossfit.
Vito is a veteran of the enterprise software industry, having worked
in the business for more than 28 years. His experience began at J.D.
Edwards, where he was instrumental in the design and architecture for
the application development toolset. Eventually, Vito become Vice
President of Engineering and head of application development for J.D.
Edwards. He continued in that capacity through the eventual acquisition
by PeopleSoft and then ultimately Oracle. Most recently his
responsibilities at Oracle involved leading the application development
team for Core HR.
Vito has great pride in his work and loves to develop and deliver
exceptional software. Perhaps even more than that, he loves building and
working with great teams. He brings experience and creativity in all
that he does, and cannot be more excited to build the next truly great
company and product at Nextworld.
Vito holds three software patents. He attended Rutgers College, where he graduated with a BA in Computer Science.
Vito is a devoted family man, with a beautiful wife and two sons. He
enjoys playing golf and tennis and is an avid Crossfitter and
Konrad began his career in 1995 as an Application Developer with J.D. Edwards. He later transitioned to platform development where he led numerous projects including portal, business intelligence, web runtime, enterprise server, and batch engines. After Oracle acquired PeopleSoft, Konrad owned the platform components of a new Social CRM product that was one of the early offerings of the Oracle Sales Cloud. He then built a SaaS enablement organization that developed delivery processes, support models, and new products. As Vice President of Engineering, Konrad also built the Sales Cloud Industry organizations. He is passionate about creating highly productive, healthy teams.
He challenges organizations to focus on execution and efficiency and
believes the importance of persistence and determination cannot be
overstated. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BBA
with a Business Computer Systems concentration.
Konrad and his wife of more than 20 years spend their free time
traveling with their two children to swim meets around the country,
skiing together, and staying in shape with CrossFit.
Terri Eggert is an experienced finance and accounting executive. She
began her career in public accounting, primarily at Deloitte &
Touche, working in both accounting and tax departments serving clients
in a wide array of industries. While at Deloitte, she was a national
instructor of accounting and auditing principles. After leaving public
accounting, Terri worked at several large international enterprises,
focusing on raising capital through debt and equity transactions,
including initial public offerings; technical accounting; financial
reporting; corporate accounting; mergers, acquisitions, and business
restructurings; and developing high-performing teams.
She has successfully increased the productivity and efficiency of her
teams by identifying and executing process re-engineering opportunities
and implementing and leveraging systems. In this regard, she has been
able to reduce close-to-report cycles from as many as 21 days to four
days, while enhancing internal control over financial reporting.
Additionally, Terri has been retained as an independent consultant to
assist companies with complex accounting and financial reporting issues,
as well as positioning them for growth.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming, values spending time with her two children, and is highly committed to her fitness regimen.
Mark is recognized in the industry with over 30 years of experience in the areas of business process optimization and software development. As an industry analyst, he frequently interfaced with key executives on emerging technologies and business strategies. As a former CTO, he is passionate about creating software that helps companies run better and improve people’s lives.
At Nextworld, Mark is the SVP of Products, which is helping to
redefine ERP on the Nextbot no-code platform. Mark has proven success
with complex enterprise initiatives through strategy, design,
implementation, and value realization across all the operations of a
company. Mark is known for thinking creatively and strategically,
solving complex problems, driving customer value, while focusing on
innovation and delivering results – he is equal parts strategy,
innovation, and execution.
A frequent speaker at conferences and online, Mark is the author of three patents and numerous articles and blogs on technology and business. Mark graduated Cum Laude with BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Mark is passionate about his family, with an amazing wife of 28 years and two wonderful girls. They spend as much time as they can with the animals on their farm and traveling in the US and abroad.
Viviana leads Platform Product Management and the Solution
Development Program. Since joining Nextworld in its preliminary stages,
she has held multiple roles. Before moving into her current roles,
Viviana helped build the Nextworld application development team, managed
the product management team, and oversaw application architecture. Her
35 years of experience in the software industry includes product
development, product management, operations, and partner programs.
Prior to joining Nextworld, Viviana was the VP of Operations for a small philanthropic software company, with responsibilities in development, HR, finance, customer support, implementations, and training. In this role, she enjoyed the opportunity to work with different international nonprofits.
Viviana’s experience within the ERP industry includes software development and product management at J.D. Edwards. She led teams in the Procurement, Inventory, and Sales Order Management, as well as managed large-scale projects for the Wine Industry and the Automotive Supplier industry. Viviana holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
